Dynamic Health Tips

       The following health tips can be used to sensibly start a health program in a dynamic way.

       If you use any of this information, please be advised you should first use self discretion and self responsibilty for your own decisions. If you prescribe for yourself, it is your right.

       Always seek the help of a physician or knowlegeable health practitioner if you have any doubts or questions, especially when you are combating a serious illness.

The emphasis here is twofold:

       First: Proper nutrition to nourish the cells with REAL FOOD is important. Cakes, pies, pastries, ice cream, salsas, and pizzas are known to cause health problems. These are UNBALANCED foods that cause the body to become demineralized, thus making the body over-acid. The ACID-ALKALINE balance is the primary goal. This balance can be measured by you. Only with the proper ACID-ALKALINE balance can the body START to heal itself.

       Second: The body needs to get rid of, or DETOXIFY out of the body what it doesn't want or anything that is in excess.
       . . . . Breakfast, especially if it is ONLY fruit, will help get rid of toxic accumulations.
       . . . . Fruit has to be eaten alone and not combined with any protein. Once proteins are taken, the body goes off of its detoxification cycle. When proteins are combined with fruits or sugars, a condition of FERMENTATION may result.

       There are many faster ways to detoxify the body. The important thing to remember when detoxifying is that you need to assimilate food more efficiently at first. This is not accomplished effectively by taking enzymes or nutritional supplements in the first phase of detoxification. The small intestine and the colon need the old encrusted mucous layers removed initially. At the same time, the liver and kidneys can do their job better when the body is fed REAL food.

       You can tell when the body is cleansing or when it needs more detoxification. You can test this cleansing with certain readings you can take yourself (see Testing the Healing Process ). Testing the body vital signs will guide you so you know WHEN to start, stop, or reduce certain areas of your health program.

       All other meals of the day should include something GREEN. The greens are cell rebuilders. Overcooked foods, or microwaved foods tend to make the body over-acid, even if you are a vegetarian. Eat greens with your meals for an excellent head start.

       Meats can be handled only in a detoxified body, otherwise they also will promote over-acid conditions even if they are organic.

       One hour after lunch and one hour after supper have carrot juice. Drink a cup or two.

       Eat only when you are HUNGRY!

       There are some vegetables that should NOT be cooked or heated. The well known ones are tomatoes, onions, and garlic.

       Do not have any condiments, salsas, or ketchup. they will turn the body over-acid.

       Do not use fluoridated products present in the water and especially toothpaste. Flourine has the capability of pushing out iodine. Iodine is needed for a healthy and active immune system.

       Devote a designated time of day or evening to be alone or not doing anything. You then can reflect within yourself in solitude and prayer. See the web pages Creative Actions. and the newsletters.
